Day Course
Learn how to reupholster a small wingback chair on this 5 week course. All materials and tools excluding top fabric is included in the course price. TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED DUE TO COVID-19.
A specific piece of furniture is required for this course. A small wingback chair with the fabric still in place. Taking the top fabric off provides an essential learning process. The order off taking fabric off informs us of how it is put back on.
I will provide you with a pattern for cutting new fabric to get the most out of it.
I will provided you with the skills of using new tools
What you will need-
a packed lunch,
a small wingback chair with old fabric still intact (please send me image for approval)
Fire-retardant top fabric in a style of your choice.
Please wear full shoes NOT sandals. A full safety talk will be given on arrival.
Some people will have a different learning style and some people will already have upholstery skills & knowledge. With the Max occupancy for this course being 4 people this will give us an opportunity top help individuals on a more intimate level.
We will endeavour to complete each piece within the 5 weeks. If not 1-1 sessions will be available.
This course is a 5 week course with one 5.5 hour session a week. 10am-4pm (30mins for lunch). Course dates as follows;

19th of March 2020
26th of March 2020
2nd of April 2020
The cost of this course is £450.
£100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining balance is due on the 20th of February.
